Frank Hawley  Frank Hawley was licensed to drive dragsters at the age of 16 and has spent the most of his life driving some of the fastest machines on the planet. He built his racing career piloting 300 mph Top Fuel Dragsters, Nitro Funny Cars, Alcohol Dragsters and Funny Cars, in addition to holding NHRA licenses in Pro Stock, Super Comp and Super Gas.  In 1985 FRank opened Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School which has become the premiere Drag Racing School in the world.  

During the past 24 years that Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School has been in operation, Frank has taught thousands of drivers, in a variety of classes, the fast way down the quarter mile. In addition to regular driving classes, Frank continues to work with many of today's top professional drivers, helping them maintain and improve their performance edge.

 Career Highlights 

  • Two-time NHRA World Champion in Nitro Funny Car (driving for Austin Coil in the "Chi-Town Hustler")
  • One of only 14 drivers to ever win National titles in both Top Fuel Dragsters AND Nitro Funny Cars
  • Nine NHRA National Championships in both Top Fuel Dragsters and Nitro Funny Cars
  • Member of the NHRA "4 second club"
  • Named one of NHRA's top 50 drivers of all time
